We offer free shipping on all orders over €75! All orders are packaged and shipped from our home within 3-5 business days. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we’ll be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during shipment. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic proof of damage within 48 hours of arrival.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns that are full priced, once we have received the product back you will be issued with a voucher code of the full price of your order minus shipping. The voucher will expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online.
Policy on Returns:
Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your order). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks.
- If you have purchased a sale item we cannot return or exchange your item.
- Voucher code is valid for 12 months from date of order and cannot be used with any other offer.
- The customer must cover the cost of the return shipping. Akasha will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
- In the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will not be able to reimburse you with a voucher.
How to Make a Return:
Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
Contact us at email@example.com with the items you wish to return. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It could take between 2-5 days for the parcel to reach us. Once received, processing a return usually takes place within 3-5 business days. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item/s and issue you with a voucher code. When making a new purchase using the voucher, this will not be applied on the shipping cost.
