Please allow us 2-4 business days to process and ship your order.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email the email you gave at checkout. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our courier system.

• BELGIUM - Standard: €5.99. FREE all orders over €50+
• THE NETHERLANDS - Standard: €9.99. FREE all orders over €80+

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick-up in Kapellen for free. If you'd like this option choose 'pick up' at checkout. 

After receiving your order confirmation email you can expect personal email from us to make an appointment for picking up your order.
