How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Mailing list

If you choose to opt-in to our newsletter mailing list we use Klaviyo to store your email address in order to send you news about products, sales, promotions and more. We will use your email address for this purpose only and will not share with 3rd parties. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any newsletter we send to you.

We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Do Not Track

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
